Since every Amphora is handmade and hand painted variations slight may exist from the images. Organic extra virgin olive oil is certified and guaranteed by ICEA. It has also the NOP certification that is recognized in North America. It is produced using only olives cultivated following specifications designed to protect the environment and the health of consumers. In the 1990s the already renowned Galantino olive mill revived an ancient technique and produced fine infused flavored oil by crushing the olives and fresh herbs or citrus together without any added essences.
